How the process works

Every step of our shopping experience is simple – from first click, right through to delivery at your door. Sit back and enjoy the experience from the comfort of wherever you are. Once you’ve checked out, we’ll take it from there and ensure your goods get to you at a time that’s convenient. At the moment we are scheduling deliveries from Monday to Saturday. We'll call you to ensure the delivery time is convenient for you, which is usually between 2-5pm. Plus, if you order before 5pm, your delivery will arrive the very next day.

1. Website Features

Use the search bar in the top left corner, and find your basket in the top right corner. Click on any tab or image to shop. To go back to the top of the page, click the option at the bottom of the page.

2. Shopping Cart

The basket in the top right corner tells you how many items you have selected. When clicked on, a side bar will open to show your full basket. To collapse the side bar, simply select ‘continue shopping’ at the top of the tab.

3. Checkout

To continue on to the pay point, click ‘checkout’. If you are logged into your account, all billing and delivery details will be auto-filled and you will be asked to confirm details. Discount codes can be applied on the right of the checkout page.

4. Shipping

Next, you’ll be asked to confirm whether you would like your order to be delivered or if you will rather collect it. Delivery is free for orders over R500 and standard shipping applies to anything under.

5. Secure Payment

Once all your details have been confirmed, select ‘complete order’ and you will be taken through to our secure payment platform in partnership with PeachPayments. You’ll be sent the invoice to your e-mail address too.

6. Delivery

On the day of your scheduled delivery, we will call you in the morning to confirm the delivery of your parcel. You will receive three SMS notifications to keep you informed on your parcel’s whereabouts, and will be able to track it.
